We purchased an apt. that I hated, but loved the beach view. The interior space was such a mishmash in terms of architecture that I felt there was no redemption for this apt. Cindy Ray, a well known designer saw the apt. and immediately knew it could and and would be as beautiful as its incredible view. Her time frame was very limited in terms of the building’s regulations. Cindy’s plans were impeccable. Her “crew” of contractor, cabinetmaker , electricians , etc. were perfectionists.
